when I said I don't want to answer any questions from a stranger she persisted and persisted, even after I told her that I'm an IT professional and can generate a fake phone number in less than 5 minutes, create a credible spiel to suck people in and then manipulate them to reveal personal details - this is simple stuff for any experienced IT person, and yet she wouldn't listen to me so I told her to contact me by mail and then she judged me as being unco-operative and hung up...
if this is a customer-focused survey the people they employ don't care about you, just getting what they want, and being rude about it in the process
I wouldn't have employed someone so full of themselves, and lacking in consideration of others, when interacting with others...
