The message sounded like a political research agency. Very poor as it started several seconds into the message so no identity gained? Once started asked for details I hung up. Bad set up if it is an agency.... waste of money for your clients. No call back facility....

Appeared to be a survey call. Unsure if legit. I declined the incoming call which left a partial voicemail from the call. The computer voice on the other end stated “this is a community survey...” and asked my gender. After this point the voicemail ended.
