Caller: "My Health Supplements" / "My Health Care"
Called asking about health issues etc. My mum told them everything, thinking that they had said they were "My Aged Care". They said she should buy their pills called "Step Up", an arthritis medication, for her arthritic pain. Then they asked for her credit card details and when said she didn't own one they said go to post office and purchase a gift MasterCard for $140.00 and then to call them back and ask specifically for Frank Steven, to make the payment.
This caller rang about 6.30 and I let the phone ring out Caller: Shawn / My Healthcare centre
You must get Sea Buckthorn berry capsules, I am happy the way it has worked for me. It is by far one of the best supplements I have had.

Identified as My Health Care, first time he rang (couple of months ago) he offered advice to drink warm water with cinnamon in it every morning to assist in losing weight then he rand again today trying to sell me a product called Epsilon Syrup but I advised I could not get onto Paypal to proceed with the transaction as I smelt a rat. he was very very nice and polite and sounded very convincing. But when he told me he went to India for New Year and was now back in the this country that sort of gave him away. Scam!!
My mother lives on a farm an hour west of Tamworth, she ordered a product in February 2020, in June another order turned up that was around $400 dollars worth that she didn’t order, I rang the phone number and was assured they wouldn’t ring her again and my mother said she was happy to keep the product, cc was meant to be canceled which didn’t happen and two days ago another arrived that wasn’t ordered, I contacted company and they say my mum ordered it.
When I phoned in June I spoke to a Nancy Davies and she assured me they wouldn’t call again.
Today the lady I spoke to told me my mum is a bit forgetful as I had said earlier but probably doesn’t remember ordering, they are taking advantage of people, they say they don’t keep a record of cc numbers , my mum lives on a farm ,if I rang and asked her for her cc number it would take 15minutes for her to find it.
These people are leeches, yes mum ordered the first lot but not the next two, if you have ever ordered from them get a block on your card , there excuse is your mother doesn’t remember and we delivered the product

Caller called Victoria Davis, foreign accent ph. (02) 8412 8250 sold me the berry capsules and they don’t work. Real scam. Seem to know an awful lot about my health. Must be able to get into medical records.
Caller: lady caller Amber with Indian type accent I think
She also said she was doing a seniors health survey of ailments and advice to all people in this age range. She was very nice but I asked to have a call back number for another time, which she supplied willingly. I really wanted to see if it was a scam, maybe a FB warning should go out to all regarding yet another one wanting our details? I won't be calling back.

They truly care about your health and what you need, I was talking to a girl from this company and she went above & beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing the product.
Caller: michelle from www.MYHEALTHCARE LTD.CO
Be careful and do not begin any conversation with these smooth talking people. Very convincing and make out they are a representation of our Australian Health care and working in that line and surveying the aged health in the area. Hang up and never take another call from them they are in UK.......

Have rung twice asking me to purchase the Seabuckthorn Berry Extract. Asked for credit card detail, email address, mobile phone number and address. Didn't part with any of the info she wanted. She knew where Iived, the suburb, the area code. Gave me their ANZ bank details for me to transfer the money, and asked me to send the transfer details to her. Wanted me to do the transfer while she was talking to me. I said, can't do it now. Rang me back at 9.45pm at night. Did not answer the call. Just received another call from her. Didn't answer it.

Called twice after I foolishly purchased Fenugreek oil capsules last year. Haven't taken them as I think they may interfere with blood pressure tablets. They're may be OK but
you don't know. Pharmacies don't know about them, here in Australia!
I wish I had read all this before. Became suspicious when I sensed deception while having a good interesting conversation but was hooked into paying my second invoice. Have learnt my lesson. So sad as a pensioner you think you become wiser.
He called from My Health Care.. and gave the return contact number as (02) 7908 5336
called himself a seniors health specialist.... beware
What a lovely, clever conversationalist is James... Very gifted in gleaning general and health information … Presents as if he is a Medical practitioner, calling himself a seniors health specialist...
Sadly he is a front for a herbal company.. you can hear other telephonists in the background ....deceptive ..dishonest... please be aware..
Sounded convincing and legit until the free bonus would come with an invoice!
How they know health details about you would probably indicate illegal access to medical records.

Similar - Said they were surveying the women in my area about health issues. When I told them I ran marathons, was of normal weight and didn't have arthritis or diabetes they finished the call. I challenged them about being a possible scammer but he was very polite and partially convincing. Anyway i didn't give any personal details and he didn't ask for any - perhaps might have tried to sell me something if I said I had a health problem I don't know.
I received a call from this company. They knew my name and address and were very convincing. I ended up purchasing Seabuck berry $149. Once I realised my mistake I rang them back and cancelled the order. After a lot of threatening they gave me a credit. My advice, don't be rail roaded. Hang up. Caller: Kevin Walton (with an Indian accent)
they called me about the same time and suggested I purchase Fenugreek oil. Like a fool I did and then read about them on the internet and said they capsules are good for mothers feeding babies and can enlarge your breasts!! I don't want that when you are over 70 years of age!! So I still have them in the packet and they have rung me up twice since to see if I,ve taken them. I hadn't as I was about to have an operation. All a bit sus. I'd say.I also thought it was an Australian firm.

Very freindly and inquisitive about my health with good general advice. I thiught she was connected to Aged Care so opened up. Alarms started when money came into the thing - we will send you an invoice, and no you can't buy Seabuck berry at a pharmacy
