Caller: "My Health Supplements" / "My Health Care"
Called asking about health issues etc. My mum told them everything, thinking that they had said they were "My Aged Care". They said she should buy their pills called "Step Up", an arthritis medication, for her arthritic pain. Then they asked for her credit card details and when said she didn't own one they said go to post office and purchase a gift MasterCard for $140.00 and then to call them back and ask specifically for Frank Steven, to make the payment.
Caller: lady caller Amber with Indian type accent I think
She also said she was doing a seniors health survey of ailments and advice to all people in this age range. She was very nice but I asked to have a call back number for another time, which she supplied willingly. I really wanted to see if it was a scam, maybe a FB warning should go out to all regarding yet another one wanting our details? I won't be calling back.

Caller: A male caller, good English but with possibly an asian accent. Didn't catch a name.
Calling from "My Health Care". Initially thought I was a senior and wanted to know details of any health ailments.
Was asking questions to try elicit more personal information until after about ten minutes he hung up when I refused to give my first name.
Caller: Indian sounding lady, called my by my Surname, Mrs M......
Asked if I had any cancer, told her that I have Metastatic Breast Cancer. She asked if I was on Chemo, or Radiotherapy and I told her that my heart has been damaged by radiation and I am terminal - but not worried about it. It left her no where to go, so she said that I sounded well and not as old as my 82 years and hung up. I wasn't lying, it is the truth but it at least got rid of her!! She sounded genuinely sorry.
Said he was from "My Health" which I thought was part of my HCF membership which I have spoken to many times. Asked all these health questions which I thought he would have known if he was with HCF. Very friendly and not push until the end when he said I should try Sea Buck Berry in pill form. I asked is there a fee, which there was of course, but I get it cheaper being a pensioner. I said I will ask around before any purchase - then John hung up!!! What a scam.
Identified as MyHealth Care. Had a few health questions. i didn't proceed.
Caller: Anna from My Health Care
Told her some of my ailments, realised i had probably given her too much info, tried to sell me Seabuck berry, never heard of it, told her i was unemployed and had no money, said she would ring back. Gave me her number, wont be ringing back.
Long conversation with Edna, she mentioned My Health Care, part of the government, lots of questions about health, at the end of the conversation she mentioned sea buck berry oil tablets. Not easy to find at chemists only available through Wellness Centres. Then asked for cc details. I said I didn't have one and that I would only pay for goods on an invoice. She also wanted email address. Also said she would call back after a month or so. An Indian accent - but not pushy.

She demanded an over the phone credit card payment and when I said I didn’t have one she said I needed to go to the bank and a do a direct deposit immediately and then call her to confirm the receipt number.
She is very persistent and has continued to call asking why I haven’t made time to go to the bank.

Caller: Indian accent, female
Claimed to be from MyHealth. Asked about any health issues, probably was disappointed I don't have any. Previous messages here indicate a scam. I was suspicious, but I didn't want to appear racist just because she had an Indian accent. Will know better next time!
Call today from Stephanie, with Indian accent. Claimed to be from ‘Australian Seniors Health’ and doing a survey of Seniors’ health. Lots of questions re my health etc and gave advice re weight loss. Then mentioned the cost of some product. I then said I wasn’t interested in paying any money. She was persistent and I told her I would be out of the country for 6 weeks, said she would call back. Very convincing! Call from (02) 9056 5220 wanting personal and banking information. Wouldn’t give more information when asked. Definitely a scam. Caller: anna
