Had the same experience from the same number and exact nature of call. Claimed to be calling from an office in London - some sort of Financial Services.

Knew my name, claimed to be from the Federal Bureau of ???? and were investigating me. I didn't let the call continue. I told them I was hanging up and blocking the number. The call was at 9:10 pm on a Friday night.
