Caller pretended to be from Microsoft and requested consent for making changes on our account. Had credible information.

Caller: Hakim Same deal, called our MSP mainline, asked for our manager by name, regarding a mutual client of ours, interesting he even knew this info, so be aware.

Caller: Hakim / Hakin Caller pretended to be from Microsoft and wanted to get through to manager/IT manager. I'm pretty sure it was scam.
