I received a call from a lady with a strong accent. After an initial delay she asked for my name. I had already given my name upon answering her call. She said her name was Scarlet & proceeded giving me information about electricity. I questioned why she was calling & how she received my number. She did not give me the information. She eventually hung up. Call appeared consistent with call centre/scam
