a nuisance call as when I phoned it back twice it was engaged both times.

Caller: "Rodney" Indian from a noisy call centre naming himself Rodney wanted me to upgrade or disconnect my NBN landline. To every question I answered "elephant". This lasted for three or four questions then he abruptly hung up. I wonder why.
