Pretending to be the ato, ato doesn't threaten police action after one missed call. Crazy message bank message left designed to scare people to call back.

Dodgy recorded message about avoiding police knocking on your door and avoiding court orders, by calling them back ASAP.
Most likely praying on poor people who have no idea - phishing scam.
