Caller: Optus

Person claiming to be from Optus and claiming they can give me a discount on my Optus bill because of my good history, I’ve had a terrible history with Optus for starters so I would not be entitled to anything discount wise and you could also clearly hear other Indians in the background repeating the exact same line and when first called I went straight to an automated message and then straight to operator nothing like the Optus introduction when you first call them or they call you.
