Caller: Indian scammers Number is blocked by Telcos. Calling it back reports “Number you have called is not available from this service” [Telstra]. “Optus advised it is unable to connect this call”. [Optus]. Spoofed number.

Caller: Indian Scammers Number ‘Not available from this service” using Telstra and “due to service difficulties, we cannot connect your call”.
Most certainly scammers and the number being spoofed has been blocked by the carriers.
