A spammer/phisher. I managed to do a lookup of the number, and the call comes from by iPrimus. You can call them on 131789 and just go to a sales option, (there are no options for reporting spam/abuse on their website or their phone menu). Report this number, then tell them you dont want to buy anything. Once they start taking a lot of calls about spam complaints on their sales line that doesn't generate revenue, they'll certainly act. Problem is iPrimus don't really care.. so make them care.
