This is a scam. Someone pretended he is from Vodafone and inform me that they are running better offer but need to verify my pin. That is tricky, why need my pin. Block this number anyway.

Caller: (02) 9015 3804 This number has been relentless. I am a Vodafone customer but I don't trust this one. I finally answered them after the 3rd call today. I'm furious. I told them if they rang me again it would be the last time. Even if it is legit, I do not want to be harassed in this way. I will change providers over this garbage.

but I'm not sure whether sending us a text advising us it is Vodaphone we are talking to gives me any satisfaction that I actually am. Ridiculous that they call you and you have to confirm who you are.

Caller: Vodafone I received calls from this number twice, asking me about the pin at first, which makes it looks like a scam. Today I receive a rude message from Vodafone: Hi - most of us screen calls to avoid cold callers. We're only human, right? It's annoying when it's someone you actually know though, so we're messaging to say we'll be calling soon from (02) 9015 3804. It's to quickly talk through your plan options, to try and freshen up your allowances - data, minutes etc - in line with what's available today. Talk soon (hopefully), Vodafone. I’m angry about this message cuz it is so impolite! Also the calling asking my pin is really strange!

Caller: Vodafone I received multiple calls from this number, and at random times during the day. Sometimes 7pm, sometimes afternoon and sometimes morning. They have asked for my PIN number before, and at that point I hang up. Usually they want to talk about my plan and ways to upgrade for a better deal, but I always just firmly and politely say I'm not looking to change my plan, and they tell me to have a nice day and hang up. I think they realised I'm not buying their sh*t.
