Received a phone call from that number, heard a few beeps then a Indian accent came and said hello after I said it multiple times . Sounded like he was eating so I hung up and they never called back.

Rang claiming to be from Vodafone.
Wanted my PIN number & was insistent I provide it when I refused.
Asked multiple questions about my account that a legitimate caller from Vodafone would have known.
As dodgy as Hell!

Not enchanted customer

This is a less than pleasing behaviour. Calling from 02 not a free number to dial back to. And when call you, you politely pick-up, then they hang up on you, VODAFONE.

To an existing customer, too.

I didn't answer the call on 11 November 2018 as it was an unknown number and blocked it. I received a call from the same number again today.

They called me saying its Vodafone.
Asked for pin. I gave them a made up number and almost immediately told me its incorrect and to clarify personal details. Full name, address, date of birth and driver licence number. I gave them all incorrect details besides first name which they obviously already had. They said it was incorrect and i need to go to a vodafone store.
I am assuming they almost immediately try to use my details with vodafone before i even get a chance to go to the store.
lastly, the (indian accented) women didn't even try clarify the address, so i am assuming they are recording it reuse it when they need to clarify it with Vodafone.

Very persistent caller 3 calls on 15 Jan. 2.57pm, 5.13pm and 7.26pm; then one call on 16 Jan 7.35pm. The persistency is bordering legal harassment.

It was silent a few seconds. Then the man said his team from Vodafone and want to speak to me about an offer. This man with an Indian accent said, "We have a new offer for you because you are a valued customer. I can explain the offer if you let me know your account`s pin." I do not provide my details for any call. It sounds random to me.

This person addressed me by my name and stated the last few digits of my phone number. What if it is actually vodaphone?
