Dont know but have a missed call from this number too

This number keeps phoning me but doesnt leave messages and phones all the time!  Does anyone know who they are ???  I find it VERY rude to continue to phone and not leave a message!  If you phone it back it just automatically clicks off like its an outgoing number only.
