Caller: Indian scam call centre Said they were calling from the Optus billing department about my mobile account (which I do not have). The wanted my full name, DOB, drivers license number and expiry date, Medicare and passport numbers. I happily provided them with all of these, fake of course and amazingly I passed their thorough identity check. Clearly just trying to get all my details to on sell for identity theft.
