I've been getting this number calling me 2 - 3 times per week for the last month. I never answer and it is extremely annoying.
I just happen to be a proactiv customer too. Good way to piss your customers off. I'll cancel my order with them if this continues.

I made a complaint about this to the Do Not Call Register, they have just called me back after doing their research and this is a marketing client of ProActive and since it wasn't a telemarketer calling there wasn't much they could do. If I wanted it to stop I had to call ProActive.

Told her I cancelled my ProActive over a year ago and she said she will call them back and tell them that and because I cancelled it it is now classed as a Telemarketing call.

She said the reason why they hang up when you answer is apparently they are having problems with their servie and after a few rings it automatically hangs up. Told her about this website and she said she will tell them that and they need to fix it ASAP.

I have been getting calls from this number too, I tried to call back but it doesn't connect, very frustrating, I was overseas and getting calls in the middle of the night... They have called everyday for over a week, it's very annoying...Does anyone know how to block the number?

i have been missing these calls for the past two weeks or so. i am on the 'do not call' register, and have been for years. i don't give out my number to marketers, so i don't know how they got it.i called them back and heard this message: "hello, you have been called by an agency that has multiple clients ... etc"

hmm thanks everyone. i was getting quite freaked out with the late night calls and no one answering. will be calling shara and proactive tomorrow, and hopefully sorting this all out. cancelling my account with proactive!
