I also had had a call, same number that hung up on me as soon as i answered. Also proactive customer. Not impressed. Hasn't happened more than once yet. if it does I will be calilng that 1800 500 903 number and following suit :)

I've been getting this number calling me 2 - 3 times per week for the last month. I never answer and it is extremely annoying.
I just happen to be a proactiv customer too. Good way to piss your customers off. I'll cancel my order with them if this continues.

for the past few weeks i've been missing calls (sometimes twice a day) from said number. I was starting to worry- what if its something important? but im happy after reading the above posts. the suckers who are calling are wasting their time cos they're calling on a phone i barely use, one which is so broken that it no longer plays a ringing tone.. :D

UPDATE:
i have been on the 'do not call' register for over a year and am currently registered. my service provider is telstra, who advise that i can't block individual numbers from my mobile. telstra advised i call the telecommunications industry ombudsman. the t.i.o. advised that they can't trace numbers, and can't help me block these calls. RESULT: nothing anyone can do to help! great!
