I just rang this number back on a different phone after I missed a call from this number. Claims to be a company calling regarding Westpac surveys.
Recording asked for me to ring another number to 'remove yourself' from the Westpac survey and calls register. Unsure whether this is legit or not. I have not verified this with Westpac directly.
As others have posted, about Westpac and St George, (both banks/financial institutions are connected,) be careful - verify WITH Westpac directly.

They have been ringing every couple of days. If they have something importat to say they can leave a message, otherwise I don't answer.

Called again, at last he didn't hang up, yes claimed to be Westpac, asking for private details! Ummm wouldn't they have all that information? Didn't say anything about a survey! Scammers!
