TPG are absolute monkeys so spastic... if ur internet works then its fine but if u have a problem u may as well smash ur head against a brick wall and have some one dribble monotone non-sense in ur ear

I have used before and never face any problem with connection, but must say CLUM TELCO, no one can reach their worst service in would.. LCUM TELCO is hellllllllll

fuken dogs, my service was down for 6 weeks and they only feel they need to compensate for 4, its mostly telstras fault though the fuken c*nts for treating tpg customers like a low priority

Annoying TPG... They constantly call even well you tell them over and over you working hours when you can't answer a phone.

I have read some of the posts but I must say that they have been really helpful and they call back to make sure that the issue has been resolved. My issue was internet connectivity.

On 24/4/2013 tpg said "Please allow 24 hours for the issue to be restored.". On 25/4/2013 U said "until tomorrow to rectify the issue". Did u keep your promise? now my mobile still does not work for 4 days. How long can u fix it or reset your service?

A message would have been nice! I am having phone issues atm so was expecting a call but had no idea who this number belonged too until I found this webpage. Whenever I do speak to tpg about technical issues with my phone, they are very rude and unhelpful even though I have everything thru TPG. How dumb am I!

I have had nothing but fantastic service from tpg. They deal with issues very quickly then phone to check everything is sorted. Have been with them for over ten years and think they're great

TPG .. I think their business model relies on the excess charges they can rip off you. They act like the customer's money and bank account belong to TPG.
