Got a call on my mobile from this number. Tried ringing back several times mobile/ll/skype but the other end is either engaged or just hangs up.

Same thing here. It's high annoying. I picked up and answered but it hung up as well.

This number keeps calling, pick up, and they hang up. Ring back, and the phone hangs up! Get calls at least 2-3 times a day.
