Called at 330pm on a weekday, I answered and the line instantly disconnected

I answered after multiple calls and the guy actually said my name then asked it I had received my government rebate for the solar panel installation!!! I have a tin roof and no panels..complete scammer!!

Always calling but I don't answer

Sounded Indian....
Asked what he would be calling for
Answered with if you don’t want to talk then and hung up!!! Either a scam or unwanted solicitation

I called back number (02) 9001 0596 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
