They have absolutely no affiliation with Energy Australia as their voicemail suggests.

Claimed it was Energy Aust - not very professional and left me suspecting it was odd...

Constantly calling my mobile. I don't answer because it usually cold calling as I've been caught out before with the same number constantly rining. Drives me nuts!

Scam - pretend to be on behalf of a charity (one of many numbers), every day between 1-4pm.
If you call back you get the same recorded message (best not to). One option is to block the call function on your phone if possible.
Not sure if they will every give up, expect not as Telstra doesn’t seem to be able to do anything.

Calls occur close to the hour (especially 12pm and 1pm) for Sydney Australia peoples... They don't leave messages!

Asked them not to call me again. However it doesn't work. Never stop calling me. Keep Askin if I have energy Australia account. So annoying...

Called. Asked me if they had reached a business, which they had and she hung up.

They are scammers who have stolen an old data base off energy Australia. - I agree with this comment because the address they had from me was an old energy australia address from about 7years ago.

It's not energy aust it's a finance company which have an answering machine saying they are energy aust. It's dodgy, I finally answered their call and it was a company offering financial advise.

I dialled this number by firstly putting in 1831 to hide my number. Found out it was Energy Australia.
