Called me at 5.20pm while I was out. From the looks of the above comments, it's just another scammer - either a dodgy charity or telemarketing company. Will avoid this one in the future. Thank goodness for caller ID.

This number is really pissing me off. They called 3 times in an hour and the third time i ended up giving her an earful because im sick and tired of her ringing my house! After that spat, she hadn't called back for a week. And now she is calling again. Rings every day at around the same time (between 10am- 11am). Never leaves a message. Have only answered once - ignored for at least two weeks and she still hasn't given up.

This person rings my house phone everyday, and when i answer they say nothing and they hang up

Person knew my name and called telling me they were a 3rd Party Telstra Provider who were trying to sell me some phone service. You cant call the number back and when i asked where my information was obtained I was told it was from a marketing database they had purchased. When i asked for a return phone number I was hung up on.

Pests who ring multi-times but never leave messages or is blank line or "engaged" tone if answered. This in my belief is just one of the numbers owned by one "spammer" - telemarketer is too nice a name for devious actions, though even telemarker is to be avoided - using different numbers to "fool" you into answering again and again. Best to ignore altogether. Check out all numbers FIRST. And happy days!!
