Getting calls 2-3 times weekly, rang back the number and get automated answer that goes around in circles

This is not Allianz. It is a scammer using voip to impersonate Aliamz's caller ID. They are hoping to reach a genuine Allianz customer and get their full personal info from them.

They rang and let message that they would be calling me back in 10 min regarding a claim. Call was followed up with an email with correct details regarding the claim.

They keep calling i dont have any claim with them!

Got an email shortly after ignoring the call.

Allianz insurance credit team following up on some forms I needed to send in to them. Legit call.

I missed a call from this number, they left a voice message.

They were from Allianz, they left a claim number and the phone number for their claim centre.

I called the claim centre, they had a claim under that number but none of my details were connected to the claim. She seemed to say my name but i was finding hard to understand everything she said anyway.

Those are the facts, i wouldn't be suprised if it was a bid to get personal data over the phone. It could also be a wrong digit in the phone number connected to the claim.

I found later voice mail an after that legit email regarding insurance.

Legit number from Allianz - even though it shows (02) can be from anywhere in Australia. Mine was Melbourne and was legitimate call.

Called my work phone. Called back and it was Allianz. I don't have anything with Allianz or my work phone listed so thinking its a bit dodge.

If it is Allianz why do they call and not leave a message am sick of this number calling daily I have my phone set if unknown number send straight to message bank they NEVER leave a message and Im not ringing back anyone who does not leave a message or state why they are calling, my time is too precious to waste on this crap.
