(02) 8988 7360, ...7498, ...7232, ...7291, ...7151 These are just some of the variations I've had for the last 2 months from these so n so's. I work night shifts, they start around 10am, and continue untill 7pm. Never a message and I've never acknowledged a single call - you'd think the sods would get the hint - let alone how on earth they got my number! It's a pre-paid mobile!

i have just emailed BMGand requested "do not call" as suggested by the CEO abovei will respond if i stop receiving the 5 or 6 phone calls a day..!!

We've gotten called by (02) 8988 7360 a fair few times, it's irritating as hell; especially during school as my mobile is always turned on.

I called the TIO, they referred me to my mobile providers ombudsman. They looked into it and its a marketing company called 'financial advice centre'. They do marketing research for comm bank, hsbc, ibm and other places.

Apparently if you return the call, select option 1 and it'll put you through to a real person and you can ask them to remove your number from their call-lists. My providers did that for me and tell me the calls should stop within 24hrs. Fingers crossed eh?

I called the number back during business hours and asked to be taken off their list. I am registered on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER but they still call me.

The guy seemed helpful when I rang back.
