Legit call from apple to confirm a delay on a Apple store order.

I also got an email to call their 133-622 number which can be verified at the bottom of the page https://www.apple.com/au/

Both numbers go to the same IVR

Caller: some nice lady

rang from this number and wanted to confirm details in relation to a recent order for an iphone. We have not ordered anything nor via our company nor privately. Could not tell me which company this was related to either. Hung up before she could ask me more details - when I rang this number back it was "real" Apple support.

Called me to ask for credit card details, and said my apple pay had insufficient funds to get the money out. My card had more than enough money.... I did not give them my card details.
