I got the same as the above.  Calls my mobile incessantly, 30-40 times a day, every day apart from Sunday.  When I call back I get this annoying American ladies voice telling me 'your call is important to us please hold' and no one ever answers.Funnily, when i was on hold to this number an Indian dude called me from that number!  I told him that everyone here says they are a scam and he claimed to have my details.  I refused to acknowledge his questions, told him to p!$$ off.  He left a number 133466 to call back on, which he says is Tru Energy.Scam or not, do NOT trust anyone that you cannot call back, and also spoofs their number to 'appear' to be in Australia.

i had a call and message stating that i had overdue payment thank god i googled this number get this information.

Started calling me at approx 7:30am today until 8:30am, approx 10 calls.  No answer on initial pickup, call never rings through until my message bank.  Have not called it back so no idea about the caller.  If they want to speak to me that desperately, they can leave a message!

Have spoken with Tru Energy a couple of times now and for lengthy periods. The number IS the actual credit dept of Tru Energy and is based in India. It appears that the staff who are calling and asking for credit card details are dodgy and acting independantly as there are no recorded notes of any calls to my number even though I spoke with 2 of the attempted scammers for 20+min last night. The scammers couldn't get off the phone fast enough when I eventually said I was recording the phone call for the purposes of lodging a request for a fraud investigation with tru energy and the Telecommunications Ombudsmen.

They ring at stupid times at night. When I answer i get put on hold and then a hang up.  How do they get my number.  Especially my mobile considering I don't give it out.

Have had 3 calls from this number now and just goes straight on hold with some American woman's voice telling me to keep holding - but no other information.  This is very annoying and creepy.
