this number has been calling me for months a few times a week, from 5- 20 times a day. it started on my home phone then my mobile.same messages with an american voice...i rang telstra to see if i could get it stopped but the only thing they could do is change my number or try this site www.donotcall.gov.au so i did this and i will see if it works

I have No idea who these people are butg they have called about 20 times a day for the last week. When I answer it hangs up and when I call back they leave me on hold. Its very annoying. Can anyone identify this number?

I just rang the number back, and its some american recorded message, sayibg:

" Thank you for returning our call,
all lines are currently busy,
as your call is important to us,
please hold for the next available operator ".

And thats it, no one answers....

Im not so worried anymore, im abit angry now that someone is being so persistant in trying to sell, hawk, or pitch something to me that i cclearly dont give a damn for..

Caller saying you have a very important message a couple of times then hangs up.Have tried to ring back but i get a recorded message saying all our lines are busy your call will be taken by the next available operator,or the phone rings out.     20/6/08   10:42am,1:30pm,4:30pm               26/6/08    3:38pm               27/6/08    7:12pm               30/6/08    8:48pm                4/7/08    5:53pm,7:58pm                7/7/08    6:47pm,8:23pm                8/7/08    5:32pm          Some calls before these dates   Have been to police but they can't help.???????
