This number has called repeatedly, no-one is there when I answer or when I call back. Very annoying, please stop calling.

Just called me. when I answered it was an American message tone saying thank you for calling and to stay on hold. Thought it was suz so I hung up

same as above; keep getting calls missed from them (since I am at work) when I call back it rings until 30 seconds has passed then just cuts out with no message/ no one answering.

calls me three times a day. trying to get me to sign up for free trial of wireless internet with small monthly fee *insert scam here*

Claims to be Virgin Allphones offering a very good (dodgy?) plan. Constantly calls me, when I rang back no one answers and it disconnects. When I answered the call they asked how much I spent per month, I said I preferred not to answer their questions and did not want the new plan and they have called back 2 more times.

A guy rang me saying he was from Virgin Mobile and offering upgrade. Wanted my pin number and when I said I didn't know it, he said any other pin number would do. As soon as I questioned this, he quickly hung up. Reported this to Virgin Mobile who had no record of this call being made by them.

Just called me - it was Allphones calling to tell me about some new 3G modem

Just phoned Virgin Mobile, they advised me to disregard the number as it's not one of theirs.

Virgin Mobile apparently, to offer me a new phone... sus.

this number has called me 4 times in the last 24 hrs....going thru exams so i've always been away from the phone, or asleep.  Very new, never had this no. before.

Like so many people, I too have received many calls from this number. Only on 26th March 2012 did I managed to get to the phone before they hung up. A deep male voice, told my my name, and that Virgin had accepted my application for broadband - then hung up. I had not applied to them for broadband although I do have Virgin mobile. I contacted Virgin but got lost in the "hold the line " routine. At Woden Plaza there is a Virgin sales desk, so I asked there if the number was one of theirs. They also suggested it was an Allphohes origin call like another I saw in this forum. It so happens that I did take out my Virgin mobile contract with Allphones. How about other contributers to this forum - do you have Allphones contracts?

just got a call from this number, no voice on the other end.. any ideas who it is?
