Two calls and they left no message

It's Engin (voip). So far I have had 2 calls from them helping me with a small issue I had. It's nice to know that you can get a human (even if she was from India or similar country) on the other end of the line when you send them an email asking about a certain aspect of their service. My querry wasn't pertaining to buying anything so it was a 'no sell' call. They could have just replied to my email if they wanted to. But instead a person rang me & was in the process of leaving a message with the answer I needed when I walked in the door & was able to pick up the call.

I'm not saying they never make 'cold calls', they probably do & probably annoy the crap out of people.

But if you have Engin Voip & you have had this number ring you, maybe you had a small problem & they were trying to contact you in person.

Multiple calls. No messages. Constantly interrupting me during working hours. Getting very sick of this
