Caller: Caller from Dell, supposedly Caller from Dell wanting to talk with me about my upcoming IT needs. Said she had been authorised on behalf of my company to contact me. Neither of these things is true - no upcoming IT needs, and there is no way that I am the relevant person to contact for my company (with >100K employees). Called back and caller just answered with "hello", no company details. Blocked caller. Scam.

Caller: Claimed to be Dell Scam or marketing follow-up call from Dell, requesting a call through to an IT professional that worked at the entity 5 years prior.

Caller: Supposedly Dell Said she was from Dell phishing for what operating systems we were using with the warning that if we were using an older one it would not work. Do not answer with Yes or No. Just "take a message" and note the phishing call
