Yes its an optus call centre. I lodged a complaint and this was a call back.If you're interested, the compaint relates to changing the price on my 2 year internet plan id just signed up to. Apparently Optus can change the price you pay whenever they want you pay regardless of having a contract. Its in the conditions. Outrageous but true
