Keeps calling and not leaving a msg. I try calling back and no answer

Had a call from a woman, sounded African and said she was calling from Telstra. I told her we were not with Telstra and she hung up. I have blocked this number.

Answered phone silence then the phone made hanging up sound after I said hello. I rang back and it said on message careflight

Did notanswer BUT very peresistant
