Recorded call supposedly from the Dept of Home Affairs, claiming that someone is using one's identity to commit crimes, then offering for call to be transferred to talk to someone. Message such that recipient would be concerned or worse still, be in a panic, to try to set things right, and thereby engage & provide information, one assumes.
