Caller: “Credit Bureau Experience Australia based in Blacktown”

Suspected scam. He claimed fraudulent transactions from my CommBank card that hasn’t been active four 4 years. Then said it was Westpac. Then bounced back when I said I didn’t have Westpac. He knew my name and phone number and an old email address (not the one I had associated with my old CommBank account) and told me I needed to give him a verification code that was texted through and the verification code that came through said it was from Microsoft so I suspect it is a scam to gain access to my old email address. He started to get attitude with me when I started to question where he was from and said I would not give him the code without confirmation of where he was calling from. Very very sus behaviour and odd to be calling me so close to 6pm which is outside of ordinary business hours.
