Caller: Trip.com Trip.com calling to confirm my new flight dates after the Melbourne lockdown meant I couldn’t fly to Hobart. They contacted me earlier today & sorted everything for me. I missed this call back from them but someone left me a VM confirming my new dates and letting me know I have an email confirmation sent out already (which I’d already seen).

Caller: "Tracey" Trip.com allegedly. Took a significant amount of money out of my account without my knowledge, I called them on the toll-free number and did some digging. They claim to be based in Singapore with their head office in China, yet they were able to call me back on an Australian based number. This number. I have had to cancel my card (again) because if these toe-rags. And people wonder why we don't trust that when we get calls from legitimate businesses, we don't believe them. Had enough of things like this, I am going after these people hard.
