Something about 'finance'. Female accented voice. previously a male voice on a cell phone from Leeds. There is some method to re-route number from the subcontinent to any other number, blocked and deleted.

Called number back and always fails.

phone rang, I answered but nothing, it looks that this number belongs to a scam co.

My phone detected the call as "potential fraud" after I hit answer as I was expecting a call. Before I spoke the phone number display changed to "potential fraud" and as i was heading to press end call I heard a male voice saying "hello hello".

Call back number, doesn't ring just disconnects. Caller blocked.

definitely a spam call.
