Caller: Fake Insurance

Received a call and they had asked if myself or a family member was in a car accident recently and they were claiming to be CTP insurance, after some follow up questions, they hung up.
Clearly a scam as they didnt know who they were talking to.

Had a call from this number with a female Indian voice, wanted to know if I was the director of a newly registered company. They had my phone number, name and other details. Clearly being feed information from a registered source such as ASIC. Complete scam

Claimed from CTP Insurance and proceeded to ask if someone had been in a car accident. 8:30 pm. Asked to speak to his supervisor and he hung up.

I have received multiple calls form this number about an Insurance car accident that someone made from this number advised CTP and then advise PRA. I asked where they were based advised Sydney. I asked for more details was advised they could not disclose when I challenged this and advised if it was from my phone then I'm entitled to ask. I told them i did not believe them and thought they were a scam they hung up

As above this is an insurance scam but they actually knew the amount of my claim (exactly) and my car rego so someone is supplying them with data

Long delay, background noise and strong accent. Hung up straight away and blocked.
