Caller: Optus Business Centre Parramatta Optus offering business upgrade to my account. Now supporting small business with own account manager - has been a godsend in these COVID times. It is all ligit. Thanks Optus for finally recognising we need support as well.

Guy with an Indian accent claimed to be calling from Optus Business Centre in Sydney telling me I'm eligible for a phone upgrade. Looks like he pulled my address from the white pages directory as that's not my postal address.
