Caller: Next Gen DO NOT answer their call. Next Gen constantly call up falsely claiming they have spoken to our director previously & are following up on a call. After CLEAR instructions that we are not interested, they continue to call and ask to speak to the director. It is a nuisance and causes our clients calling in to not be answered, waste of time.
