These people call from overseas, I can tell by the accent. They entice people to buy either Bitcoin or engage in options trading. They use computer generated numbers which are different every time they ring so a Blacklist is of no use. I now use a whitelist to block these calls. Only people on my whitelist are permitted to ring me. All this has become necessary even though I'm on the Do Not Call register. Our politians do nothing - as usual!
