Non Australian accent, claiming to be from NBN, very rude. Calling because ge said I had issues with my internet. Which I did not - Suggest it is a scam.

HCF called a business to let me know that our policy was overdue but don't have one?

Recorded message saying I had a missed payment. I'm on Direct Debit so I checked the HCF app but it says I'm up to date. Not sure if this is real or just as scam?!

They either hang up before I can answer it and leave no message. Today I answered it and held on, 'helloing' for a minute, and there was no-one on the other end. Very unprofessional and annoying.
