Caller: I did not answer the call. I rang HCF to verify if this number is indeed HCF. They do not recognise this number at all.

Wednesday, 05 August 2015 I too received a call from this number. The female introduced the call as being from HCF and that it was being recorded. I acknowledged her and expressed that recording was fine by me. Then she wanted confirmation of my name and address. Why? SHE RANG ME, she knows my details. Besides I really don’t care less about who knows that my health fund is with HCF.
