I have received a number of calls from this number but they hang-up a few seconds after I answer. I have never bothered to call them back.

I missed a call from this number, when I rang back, it answered with an automated message saying "Our call to you was regarding an Australian fundraising company"

Sat 18/4/09 11:57AM - This number called me. Once I answered, it hung up after a few seconds. I called the number back but got the Telstra message "Your call could not be connected

Got a call from this number a short time ago.  Said that they were collecting for the Children's Oncology Foundation.  I contacted Richard at 1800 651 158 - found on internet telephone directory.  Richard agreed to take our phone number off their list.
It is a call centre doing paid for charity collection, I had previously asked someone from the RFS how much in the dollar did they receive from calls such as this and they said 10c our of every dollar donated.  When I quoted that to this Richard person he would not tell me how much they get but said it was more than that.  He also said it depended on how much, and if it was a toy or not.
