I think this is a scam re-routing through a legitimate ANZ number. Repeated messages to 'reverify' and 'confirm' my account details, coupled with emails requesting the same. I've visited my online banking page, and they don't seem to require this information. My phone blocks voice calls, but they are always followed up within minutes by a text message.
