Very dodgy debt collector. Subject to complaints before ASIC and FoS.

Rouges--mate you have no idea. I had a debt ..i kept ignoring my debt.and why? simply did not want to face up to it..at the end of the day if u borrow money u need to pay it back. if u lent money to someone you expect to get it back..same principle here....nothing is free these days...Credit Corp im sure are very adherent to the credit laws etc.they are a public listed company so you work it out buddyanywway i paid my debt in installemtns and they were very understanding ..all i had to do was prove i was in hardship...so people out their with debts...dont ignore it and do something about it or yoou wil have bad credit...thats the law !

I had this wierd lady named maria contacted me asking me to pass her number on to my friend that she needs to speak 2 wtf???

I received a call today froma Yasmeen (02) 8820 8754 trying to track down a family member of mine. Called my work whilst I was on my 4th day - very embarrassing. She said she had been through my facebook looking for people with the same name as my brother so she could track him down. She said it was a legal private matter and could not disclose any information to me.I asked her not to call again

Im sure this rule applies to all the corporate defaults were creditors receive .25 in the dollar or .40 in the dollar. It would be lovely if these rules applied to consumer debt, how about credit corp take my offer of .50 in the dollar? Its very rich, excuse the pun, to be toting the moral high ground when examples abound around us of the rules applying to some and not others.
