As Reece said initially, it is a security company. If you get a call it is because you are listed as a contact on a business or house alarm. This is why you may get missed calls at any time of day/night. The company monitors alarm for numerous alarm installation companies

They are a legitimate alarm monitoring company. They've been doing our "back to base" monitoring for over 10 years.They call us every time the battery in our alarm is malfunctioning, or if there's anything else weird going on with the alarm, as they are supposed to do under the monitoring contract. Not a scam, but if they are calling you and you don't have an alarm, it will be because they've been given the number as a contact, or (unlikely) they have dialled the wrong number. Phone them back to sort it out.

Missed call from this number, left a messgae: "Hi, it's Mel from Monitoring ringing regards to your residence in Bellview Hill. Please call the control room on 1300 655 365. Thank you." Well excuse you Mel, but I have never heard of you, Monitoring, or Bellview Hill. I dont know anyone who has a security alarm system, and I definitely don't know anyone from Bellview Hill... where ever that might be?!

Its a security company. If ur a store manager, asm or supervisor of a hospitality company they call you to let you know your alarm is going off.

I got a Call from Paultec about my Alarm. All to do with the NBN and the change from Telstra phone line to NBN and they need to install a SIM chip (Communicator) which means I wont need a land line anymore. What concerned me though is that my B@B Alarm and all dealings has been through Harvey Norman Security. I've never heard of Paul Tec. Oh, and they wanted to lock me into a 3 year contract.

Tried calling me at 2.30am, rang back at 5.30am a guy named "Gary" hung up on me twice because I wouldn't give him my name.

Received a call from this number wanting to talk about 'Lewis' house alarm. Don't know anyone by that name, do not have anything to do with this security company. I think it is a scam just looking to see if you have an alarm or not.

Got a call from this place re an alarm. Never heard of them and have no reason for the call. Marketing...

Got a call last night from this number said hello about 5 times before they even spoke and asked for someone who I don't even know when I informed him of this he was very rude and obnoxious
