Caller: Alicia from OBC

I have this exact problem too! Every time I ask what it is regarding (because our CEO won't take calls from just anybody) she hangs up. Even when I ask her to tell me what OBC stands for she hangs up! Unfortunately I'm not able to block numbers, but now that I've written it down, I'll know not to answer.

rude demanding to speak to our CFO and kept saying she is from OBC by the time I came back to her as the CFO didn't know what she would be calling about even though she was adamant he would any way she hung up and I tried to call back but the number is unavailable

Caller: Uber Eats

Had ordered Uber Eats delivery 15min ago. Number called and I sent it to my google interactive answer service on phone. They listened to the spiel and then hung up. I called back after confirming the order was complete with the recipient (5 min) It was an Uber eats callback number that checks callerID. I wasn't on it and it hung up

It’s currently the number UberEats give you to call when you have a problem with the order UberEats have just delivered (if they’ve forgotten an item). Mine resulted in a refund.

Regarding my account info and gave me a refund.

Very abruptly asked to speak with person in charge without disclosing who they are where they are calling from. Very pushy and didn't like taking no for an answer.

Caller: Jade

We received four calls from Jade requesting to speak with our HRM. Jade informed our Receptionist that she was calling from OBC. When advised that our HRM wasn't available, Jade continued to call. On Jade's third attempt, our Receptionist recommended that she email our HRM, Jade agreed. On Jade's fourth attempt, she informed our Receptionist that she had scheduled an appointment via email with our HRM and that our HRM was running late for the call. This is completely inaccurate as our HRM did not receive nor respond to an email. Our receptionist advised Jade that she would have our HRM return her call at which Jade advised she was off to a meeting and that she would attempt to call again, later. Our HRM did attempt to return Jade's call however, the number was deemed as "unavailable".

When you dial the number it says it's not available.
We are getting so many of these spammers!

Lady calls at least once a week asking for the owner of the busines, wont leave name or message, hangs up when I try to help. Obvioulsy a time waster in a call centre.

Pushing business deals despite being told no every time they call. Utter waste of time.

A guy called asked for me and then hung up. I then called him back and it says this number is unavailable. weird
