Caller: Some financial company, maybe QE Capitol? That silent pause before someone answers. Female, foreign accent. I asked if this was a solicitation call, she immediately became defensive. Said I showed interest in their product (don’t even know what it is?) over 6 weeks ago, clicking on a link via email. I didn’t.
She couldn’t explain how she had my number. She hung up as I pressed this however not before she said I should be more responsible and not waste her time. Couldn’t get the last word in!
Came through as Parramatta, Sydney. Called the number, came back as not connected. Suggest scam.
