They rang early this morning, so I’m thankful for “do not disturb” settings! The caller didn’t/wouldn’t leave a voicemail, so I’ve no idea who it is or why they’d call at that hour.

It’s odd as I always request a note on file, with services/businesses, about contact methods.
Basically, to say: email is preferred, call in the afternoon. (Also that it’s due to disabilities/medical conditions in the household.)

E.G. Our telco kept “losing” this note, until the TIO made it part of a complaint resolution.
