Yep its all phones and its really annoying me because they call me every wk to try and get me to upgrade. Each wk i tell them to stop calling me.

Yep... this all makes sense now. This 'number' has been bugging me for a few weeks and my plan is due to run out. I might suggest to them that a forum exists discussing how irritating we have found this process and that they could probably find more productive ways of achieving our repeat business! :)

He says he is from All Phones, acting on behalf of Virgin, offering me a phone upgrade. This makes sense - I got my last 2 phones through them (both Virgin phones too).
